RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to return and request a refund back to your original payment. This applies to customers domestically and internationally.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item was defective or you received the wrong item, you can return it back to us at no charge, and we will issue you a refund post-inspection.

In your email please state your name, email address, phone number, order number, and reason for wanting an exchange or return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at thelifewestfield@gmail.com for any assistance. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to issue a refund back to your original payment method.

We will ask that in your email you provide a photo of the Damage, Defect or Incorrect item along with your name, email address, phone number and order number.

RETURNS

  • We gladly accept returns for items received within 30 days of delivery date back to your original payment method
  • Your return label is generated after you contact our customer service with a return request.
  • Items must be new and have original tags attached. 

PREPAID RETURN LABELS

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item we will provide you with a return label.

If you are requesting a return because of buyer’s remorse, meaning you simply changed your mind, a return label will be the customers’ responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS

Once orders are received, they are immediately sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping. Once the distribution center has received this order, we are not able to modify your order after 24 hours of when the order was placed However, you can always process a return or exchange once your item has been received. Once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address due to fraud prevention.

INVENTORY

All items on our website are available for purchase.

If an item becomes out of stock it is labeled out of stock and it cannot be added to the cart.

Our inventory management system will not allow you to purchase an item that is out of stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in exchanging any items in your order simply contact us via email at thelifewestfield@gmail.com. In your email provide which item you would like to send back and also which item from our website you would like in exchange. You may do so by simply sending us a link to the item you would like from our site.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and send you a label along with the next steps and timelines for a refund back to your original payment method all via email. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund back to your original payment method.

The Life is not responsible for shipping and returns until they reach our warehouse. Keep your proof of postage as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $200 or more throughout the United States & a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $200.00

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 2 days from when they are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Once an order is picked and packed it cannot be canceled.

You have 24 hours from when an order is placed to cancel it otherwise you will need to request a return or exchange when the item is delivered.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Our shipping fee for all orders under $200.00 USD is a flat rate of $7.99 USD.   We do not have control of the shipping timeline and or product once handed off to the preferred shipper.

For U.S. Domestic  we will use USPS, UPS, Fedex, or another carrier to ship to most locations always choosing the most beneficial. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.Your final shipping cost and all taxes are displayed at the point of checkout.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier. The Life  does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

MISSING ITEMS

If for whatever reason an item is missing in your package please contact us via email at thelifewestfield@gmail.com to confirm if all the items were in one package or if other packages are still in route to you with the missing items.

If there are missing items in your order we will simply replace the missing items free of charge.

A new tracking number will be provided for the missing items once they are shipped.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders, once shipped, automatically send an email confirmation that your items have shipped to the email on file.

We do ask that all of our customers provide an email at checkout and have made this a mandatory field for that reason.

In this email you will find a tracking code and link to track your package.
